Rent to Own was established as an alternative to mini-warehousing.  Our no strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility in your backyard or business, when and where you need it.  The low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates.  All that is required is a small security deposit and the first month’s rent and we will deliver the building to you.  The security deposit is fully refundable if you ever exercise your option to purchase.  You are not required to fill out a credit application, nor are you required to keep the building.  If at any time your building becomes a financial burden, or you move or are no longer need the building for any reason, simply give us a call and we will gladly pick it up at no cost to you.

              All you have to do to purchase the building is to rent it for 36 months and you will own the building at no additional cost to you.  You can also purchase the building at any time during the 36 month term, if you decide to do so, 60% of your payments will be applied toward the purchase price. 

              If your storage needs increased and your building is in good condition, you can trade up to a larger building with 100% of your equity applied to the larger building.
