Do you have a shed that is just too small or maybe it’s outdated and doesn’t match your house? Is your business or family expanding and you need more storage space? Well Mountain Barn Builders is here to help! We have had many customers experience these same issues so we formulated a plan to help them expand their storage space without breaking the bank. Now introducing the Mountain Strong Trade-In Program (MS-TIP)! Starting on July 5th of 2023 we will be accepting pre-owned storage sheds as credit towards your purchase!

The Process:

Step 1: Choose your new building and pay a $100 non-refundable deposit.

Step 2: Receive an inspection of your trade in and receive an offer letter.

Step 3: Pay the remaining deposit and finalize paperwork.

Step 4: We will trade out the buildings once your new one is ready!

Eligible Trade-Ins

✅Has Runners.

✅Can be moved without damage.

✅Customer is purchasing an installed unit.

Ineligible Trade-Ins

❌Does not have runners.

❌Cannot be moved without damage.

❌Does not pass final inspection.

❌Attempts to relocate the structure by non-approved installers/ contractors.
