Building Options

Paint Colors:

For a color that we don’t have, we can match with Sherwin Williams. We need the Sherwin Williams SW# of the color or a color sample. No discounts for customer supplied paints. We charge a fee to get a custom (not included in our standard color charts) to have paint mixed and to pick it up.

Stain Colors:

We have standard stain colors, but we can also special-order colors to match your existing building or your taste for an extra charge.

Shingles:

Custom color and style match can be possible if available. Need to custom quote per job.

WeatherMaster Metal Colors:

We offer # 1 Weathermaster metal in 15 colors for you to choose from. Copper Penny is available for an up charge.

Door Options:

Our Standard storage building door is a 72” double door.
Additional door options are:
      1. 72” extra double door
      2. 72” double door with transom
      3. 36” wood single door
      4. 36” 6 panel or 9 lite door

Roll-Up Garage Doors:

9’ wide x 6’6” tall, (Can only be installed in 12’ and 14’ wide buildings.) Garage doors can’t be installed in the sides of buildings, except for the Studio model building).

Vents:

Standard vent is an 8”x16” gable end vent. Optional vent is a 3’ ridge vent sections.

Insulation:

Double bubble (layered plastic vapor barrier R7), Batten fiberglass (R13), 2” Vinyl back (R13), priced per sq. ft. Open cell foam spray, Closed cell foam spray. Priced per board ft.

Wall Framing:

To frame walls, price per lin. ft. of wall. To add OSB, price per lin. ft. of wall per side.

Deadwood:

Our buildings do not come standard with deadwood to where you can nail or fasten interior paneling or sheetrock. You will need to add corner studs and extra ceiling joists etc. Call corporate office for this price.

Floor:

Standard floors are made of 5/8" T&G subfloor with 2x6 pressure treated floor joists every 16" on center. You can upgrade from 5/8" subfloor to 3/4" subfloor. We do not use pressure treated plywood on floors because if plywood is soaked in treatment it swells and delaminates, making it look bad. We have been very successful using Advantech or equal because it looks great and doesn’t swell or shrink. 3/4" Advantech price per lin. ft. of floor length. 12” OC floor joist upgrade is per lin. Ft of floor.

Loft & Shelves:

Loft: The standard loft is 4’ deep and can be put on the ends and sides of the building. They can also be deeper than 4’, up to 8’. The price is per lin. ft. for a 4’loft. If you put in a loft that is deeper than 4’ ie. 6’ loft, and 8’ loft (Double the price of 4’ loft). Loft ladders are sold seperate and do not come attached, so they can be moved.

Shelves: Standard shelves are typically made from 7/16” OSB and are approximately 17” deep and 36” high on a work bench and a double shelf is approximately 20” apart from top of shelf to the top of next shelf. They can be put on any wall, under windows, and under lofts. Can also be single, double, or as many as you need. If this is the case, we need to know how far to space them apart.
