We can build on-site anything that we cannot deliver into your site. You may have a fence or something in the way, or you do not want your yard torn up. For whatever reason we can build any of our buildings on-site.

Conditions: For the quoted price we can only build on three blocks high which is 24”. Additional charges will be added at the site for any difficult setups. We also need a minimum of 3’ clearance from the building to accommodate work area. We also need to get a truck and trailer within 30’ of the site for the quoted prices. If the distance is further, we will charge a difficulty fee decided by the builder. Painting is done with sprayers, so we need 30’ minimum clearance to minimize over spray. If we cannot spray there will be a charge of 5% to roll the paint on, or you can opt to paint it yourself and we will leave you the paint.

We are also a General contractor Licensed in TN. We can build any type of buildings, gazebos, and structures.
