Standard Installation refers to the delivery of a shed in which:

✓ The selected area is reasonably level (within 24” preferred).
✓ All tree limbs, stumps, fences, and any other obstacles are cleared prior to delivery date.
✓ There is 4’ of clearance on each side of the building and overhead (up to 14’ high to accommodate building on trailer) at the location and leading to the location.

Standard Installation includes:

✓ Leveling the building

• Leveling blocks are not included but are charged at $4 per block plus tax for all blocks used, including blocks provided by the customer.
• The company standard is no more than three blocks high (24”) at the highest point.

Non-Standard Installation includes, but is not limited to:

• Adding blocks to gain height once the building is level.
• This can void the building’s warranty.
• Removal of obstructions.
• Time spent removing truck and/or from being stuck.
• All non-standard installation work will incur a $110/hour difficult set fee.
